Were trying to figure out the best way to get from the airport to our AirBnB. it seems the taxis have a flat rate of 30e inside the city limit. We will have 10 people though and luggage. Are all taxis 4 door cars or in Madrid do they have minivan taxis too?

Consider booking with Welcome Pickups https://www.welcomepickups.com/madrid/airport-taxi/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=map&utm_campaign=places. You’ll need a mini van and a car for that many people. I know of no service that can accommodate 10 people. The alternative is 2-3 taxis. I’ve seem van taxis but if there is not one in the line you could wind up waiting some time.
I would also check out SunTransfers.com. We used them in San Sebastian and it worked out perfectly -- you can choose which type of car you need to determine the price. Madrid also has Uber, so they may have SUV options. Most of the taxis we saw were sedans or a small wagon, you'd probably need three of them to get 10 people + luggage.
