Strictly my opinion only, but if you are looking for the best way to make you feel unwelcome as a foreign traveller, then take a tour on one of these contraptions.

In my opinion, these machines are not compatible in an urban environment. Walk, use public transit or taxis to move about Madrid.

There's a good reason those contraptions are banned in the UK! Be wary of going on a tour with them if you have no experience and neither does the majority of the group.
