Hi,
I assume you are there for a conference or something like that? Location is not ideal but there are many bus lines stopping right by on the highway, they all go to/from Avenida de América metro station passing by Canillejas (for line 5, better to go to the center). No idea about frequency and time of last buses however, so maybe ask the hotel directly?
