We are flying into Madrid on April 18 and I was wondering if there are any travel restrictions or requirements for entering Spain. We are 72 and have been triple vaccinated. Thank you for your help.

You’ll have to fill out a form with heath, travel and vaccine information, and then you’ll be given a QR code that gets scanned at a separate checkpoint in the airport, after passport control but before baggage claim.
The form can be done online of via an app, but only 48 hours prior to travel.
Masks are still required/worn in almost all indoor settings in Spain.
