We enjoyed lunch at the Paradore de Nerja. Reasonable, great views & parking free for lunch.
Check out the caves outside of town if you have the time.

We ate at the restaurant on the right side walking to the end of the Balcony of Europe,great views and food was good

Ayo's Restaurant is an option for paella on Burriana Beach in Nerja. We enjoyed it earlier this week.
