Hi. I am flying into Granada in the morning and will be touring the Alhambra during the day and taking the bus to Seville that night. Where can I store my bags? I believe there is storage at the bus station or I found this place: http://www.consignagranada.es/index.php/en/. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

The place that you found sounds like your best bet. It's centrally located, the prices are fairly reasonable and they guarantee the safety of your luggage.
There are some small lockers ( not big enough for luggage) at the bus station but it sounds like security may an issue.
BTW, the bus station is located on the outskirts of the city, so you'll need to take a city bus or a taxi to get there.
Unfortunately there are no left luggage facilities at the Granada train station.
Do you have your Alhambra tickets yet?
Keep in mind that Alhambra tickets sell out 2-3 months in advance.
