Please excuse me if this topic has already been covered, but I am a newbie to foreign travel. My hubby and I would like to get to San Sebastian from Los Angeles International airport (LAX), traveling Premium Economyon September 7. I have looked at different flights, and it seems that the best way would be to go through Paris/CGD (Air France) and then into Biarritz/France. We would then take public transportation to San Sebastian from Biarritz/France. Would someone kindly let me know if this is the most feasible way to get to San Sebastian? Or is it better to fly to Bilbao from Paris? OR fly into Madrid? (I didn't see any flights with Premium Economy on Iberia Air). From San Sebastian , we would be proceeding onto Porto/Portugal. Any recommendations/thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
Biarritz or Bilbao both work as long as you are planning to take a taxi or a bus service into San Sebastian from the airport.
How or what are you planning to do to get to Porto from there?
Jazz + Travels, we were planning on taking a flight from Bilbao to Porto.
cool. so I would fly into Biarritz first instead of Bilbao if I could afford it
