RS has a few tour groups in his book but I wanted some first hand accounts. Any advice would help. 2 adults traveling in mid November.

We just did an Eating Europe tour in Madrid. It was great . I have not taken their tour in Barcelona but I would check them out as an option .

I absolutely recommend Culinary Backstreets. One of the best food tours I've ever had, Paula was the guide.

I have done tours with both Devour (now Walks*Devour - https://www.walksdevour.com/barcelona/?experience=food-drink) and Culinary Backstreets in different parts of the world. Both do excellent tours.
In Barcelona, the tour I did with Devour was called Tastes & Traditions of Barcelona, but I think since they've rebranded, they also changed the name to Ultimate Barcelona food tour: Iconic bites from land & sea. It was an excellent tour. I looked at the itinerary on their website, and it looks pretty much the same as the tour I took, but there might be a few differences.
