Can you please recommend a local private transfer company that is able to drive us from La Linea to Tarifa to catch the early morning ferry to Tangier? We would like to be able to make this reservation ahead of time. Thank you in advance.

There are a couple of ways to arrange a taxi.
Easiest would be just to Google taxis en la lines de Concepcion. I did this for you and several names and numbers came up, including:

You can call either of these two guys, or any others listed.
Where are you now--are you in La Linea? If so, just ask a driver not he street, or in a rank.
If you are in a hotel in the general area, they will almost certainly recommend a driver.
I do this quite often in Spain: I take the card of a driver I've used and I like well enough, and next time I need a ride, I phone the person.
Fares are pretty much set by the community association off taxistas, or some such name....
Coincidentally, I might be looking for a driver to bring me to Tarifa soon.....I'm considering a day trip to Tangier and not sure if I want to drive myself to Tarifa.....
