If our flight landed at Valencia Airport on May 1st, would we expect any transit difficulties getting into the Old Town area? because of the May 1st Holiday?

There are 2 metro lines that run from the airport into the city. They both go through Xativa station, which is the stop for the town hall plaza and Valencia Nord train station. It takes 20-22 minutes. The metro runs every day of the year. On May 1 the first train is at 5:47 am. Last train is 23:47. Between 8 AM and 10 PM there are 6 trains per hour. https://www.metrovalencia.es/en/timetables-journeys/

Thanks Samc. I assume taxi cabs would be working normal hours on the Holiday?
