I purchased a combination ticket for Sagrada familia and Park Guell last year in advance for my family trip in April. While reviewing my tickets, I realized
I was mistaken that this website (https://www.sagradafamilia-tickets.org/en/ )is not actually the official one for La Sagrada Familia (https://sagradafamilia.org/en/tickets-individuals) or Park Guell, but a travel agency which has questionable reviews on TripAdvisor(though Google reviews are good). According to their FAQ, it seems they don’t give refund..
Anybody has similar experience? Do you think it is risky or okay to go with the reservation since it’s already paid and can’t be refunded?
