I am reading that the hours for La Boqueria Market is 8:00 am-8:30 pm. I am also reading that people are going to eat breakfast as early as 7:00 a.m. Do the eating "bars" open before 8:00?

I was watching some youtube travel videos about the La Boqueria. A couple of the hosts mentioned something about eating @ 7:30 a.m. A couple of those places you mentioned were in their videos. Earlier I googled around, but did not find anything definitive. Soooooo......now I know.
