Itinerary help? Spain to Portugal

I’ve read lots of the forum posts but wondering if someone would be kind enough to look over my planned itinerary. We are active 60s couple traveling for 17 nights in September. Here’s our itinerary thus far…. Other than our main flights we can be flexible but hoping we are on the right track! We have been to Europe but never these two countries.
Arrive Barcelona Sept 10—4 nights,
Fly ?Vueling air to Granada —2 nights (Alhambra)
Train to Seville— 4 nights (day trip to Cordoba),
Fly ?Ryanair to Porto—3 nights
Train to Lisbon— 4 nights ( day trip to Sintra)
Leave Lisbon to US on Sept 27

Does the time frame seem good? We could flex between 3or 4 nights in Porto / Lisbon depending on which city should get the fourth. Do you agree with travel modes- 2 flights /trains? - I know flights are faster but are the logistics more difficult. Thank you to anyone willing to share their input!

We enjoyed Porto much more than Lisbon. Would also recommend staying the night in Cordoba vs a day trip but, either way, the Mezquita is incredible and well worth the trip. Can’t help with transport as we did self-drive, and separate trips to Portugal, Barcelona plus Basque country, and Andalucia. Have a great trip!

Consider taking the train up the Douro River Valley, the tracks run along the north side of the river. Go to Regua and consider spending the night, or at least do a day trip.

Thanks for your input! It is so hard to figure time table- agree that 17 nights not enough but not sure when we will possibly be back. I heard Seville could be hot but didn't expect miserable hot😳. For whomever responded regarding Porto- I was hoping to see Duoro valley so maybe that's where to put our 4th night. Unless I hear otherwise- maybe the two flights are a good idea.
