With no detail, we can only tell you what we would do in your shoes--in my case, it's stay longer in Cordoba, Sevilla, and Cadiz and skip Tangiers and Gibraltar.

Eliminate Tangiers and Gibraltar and give two nights to Sevilla, one night to Cordoba,

For sure take out Tangiers & Gibraltar this trip; Granada to Valencia is a long way even by train, any reason you need to end up there?

You've got the one-night thing going on too much imho, checking in in the afternoon(2pm earliest usually) having dinner and leaving the next day after breakfast leaves you with minimal time to do much of significance in some of the stops. Even 2 nights only gives you one full day, which I think is shortchanging Seville especially. We looked at Seville>Tangier for a day trip briefly and the potential slowdowns with the ferry made it seem hardly worthwhile. Sorry! :(

I would spend a minimum of 4 nights in Seville. There is so much to see and do in Seville, such as the Real Alcazar, Cathedral, Casa di Pilatos, Plaza de Espagne, wander around the Barrio Santa Cruz, visit the Triana neighborhood, see a flamenco show, take a carriage ride, etc. Seville is a beautiful city with gorgeous architecture, fountains, plazas, parks, etc. Wonderful for exploring.

A journey of "see there", not much "be there".
Have you previously been to Madrid? If not, then invest two nights into Madrid.
Eliminate Tangiers and Gibraltar. Tourist trap and a rock.
Add third night to Seville.
Have you purchased Alhambra tickets?
Be careful of your meat baking in the crowds of southern Spain heat.
Add time to your journey by expanding into the late cooler evenings with activities of the locals.

For comparison, in March 2022, my plane arrived in Madrid at 9am. I took the train to Seville, the train left at 3pm. I spent 4 nights in Seville, 2 nights in Granada, 2 nights in Cordoba, 5 nights in Madrid with a day trip to Toledo. I arrived in Granada just after 12 noon and arrived in Cordoba approximately before 11am. The times of day you arrive in Granada and in Córdoba will tell you whether you need 2 or 3 nights each in Granada and Cordoba. At least 1-1/2 to 2 whole days in each of those 2 cities is a good amount of time. It looks like you have 15 nights total. If you want to just stay in Andalucía in southern Spain, 4 nights in Seville, 3 in Granada, and 2 in Cordoba = 9 nights. Then you could spend the other 6 nights in one or more of your other cities. This would help you see how many days to spend in each city: write a day-by-day supposed itinerary, listing the major sites or activities you want to see or do each day, along with how you think you will travel between cities and maybe approximate arrival and departure times.

With your limited time, I too would say drop Tangiers and Gibraltar. I’d also drop one night from Valencia to use elsewhere. Check the train schedules between the locations you have listed to come up with approximate arrival and departure times in each city. You can then adjust your itinerary accordingly. While June’s schedule isn’t yet available, they generally don’t change much. It would be a shame to visit places and not see most of what they have to offer.

Eliminate Tangiers and Gibraltar, spend more time in Seville. Also, you don't need three nights in Granada.

I found plenty to do in Granada for 3 nights; the environment feels very 'different', and I was glad to have time to explore it, in addition to the specific sights I had on my list. There's more to see in Granada than just the Alhambra (which can take a large chunk of a day). I agree that Seville desperately needs 2 more nights (and more wouldn't hurt), but those can come from Tangier and Gibraltar.
