Some possible places to visit between Marbella and Sevilla; the white towns, Ronda, Sentenil de las Bodegas Arcos de la Frontera, Jerez de la Frontera. From Sevilla to Madrid, Cordoba, Consuegra, Campo de Criptana, Chinchon, Cuenca, Ubeda, Baeza. What you decide to visit is up to you and your traveling companions.

You have less time than you apparently think you do.

Oct 29: Arrive Barcelona (3 nights, 2 non-jetlagged days)
Nov 1: Fly to Malaga and travel on to Marbella (3 nights, 2 days plus perhaps a few hours)
Nov 4?: Private transfer to Seville (2 nights, 1.5 days)
Nov 6: Private transfer to Madrid (3 nights, 2.5 days)

Because of all the hotel changes, you only have about 8 days of sightseeing time, divided among 4 cities. I think you're seriously shortchanging Barcelona and Seville. I definitely wouldn't add any additional destinations. If you're not interested in art, I'd move 1 night from Madrid to Seville. I'm assuming your Marbella accommodations are locked in so nothing can be done about Barcelona.

The bus transfer from Seville to Madrid is going to take about twice as much time as the AVE train would. The train makes that trip in no more than 2 hr. 40 min. The bus will provide door-to-door service, though.

The choice of Marbella over Granada is a bit puzzling.

Lalitp - If it is not too late to fixed the itinerary , the simplest and most efficient way to do this tour would be:

Fly into Malaga:

Stay in Marbella for 3 days Oct 29 to Nov 1st (Day trip Granada or Cordoba)

Then take bus or train to Seville from Marbella

Seville at least deserve 3 days Nov 1st to Nov 4 (Day trip Jerez de la Frontera)

From Seville take a train to Madrid at least 2 days there Nov 4th to Nov 6th

From Madrid train to Barcelona and stay for 3 days Nov 6th to Nov 9th and fly from there to go home.

You would not need to fly from Barcelona to Malaga with this itinerary and save on your budget
