Is this a good itinerary for 10 days in Spain?

First time visiting Spain (late April) and was wondering if this is a good itinerary (both smart and feasible)? Thanks for any suggestions!

Day
1. ARRIVE Madrid in morning and take Train to Cordoba (2N)
2. Cordoba
3. Train to Seville (3N)
4. Seville
5. Seville
6. Alsa Bus to Granada (2N)
7. Granada
8. Train to Madrid (3N)
9. Madrid
10. Madrid
11. DEPART Madrid in morning

That's fine, but a bit too busy.

Personally, I would say 3 cities in 10 days is a better ratio for everything than 4 cities in 10 days. Madrid and Sevilla could easily fill 10 days alone.

Cordoba is also a city you could theoretically see as a stop over between Granada and Madrid or Sevilla and Madrid. IE, leave Granada or Sevilla in the morning, store your luggage at the train station in Cordoba, see the Mezquita and old town, grab your luggage and catch a train to Madrid in the evening. That's also a bit challenging.

I would prioritize more time in Sevilla over Cordoba.

I think it’s close to perfect. Many will try to visit the cities you’re planning to see, and also jam Barcelona into a 10-day itinerary. And that just doesn’t work.
Seville’s attractions are concentrated in the area around Barrio de Santa Cruz.
The high-speed Granada to Madrid trains take just 3:37 so. If you catch an early morning train, you’ll be in Madrid by noon. Time permitting, you might even visit Toledo as it’s only 35 minutes away from Madrid.
Have a great trip!

I would prioritize Sevilla over Madrid, unless you are going to Madrid for the art museums. All three of those Andalusia towns are gorgeous with plenty to do. We had 2 nights in Cordoba and could have used three. We really liked Cordoba. We had four nights in Sevilla and felt like we could have used 1 more. We had 2 nights in Granada and thought that was just right. I don't know where you are coming from, but you might been jet lagged for Cordoba and wish for another day.

Not a bad choice considering only 10 days in Spain.
Just do not miss Toledo, 500 years ago it was the capital of Spain (Castile) before it was moved to Madrid. Do a day trip from Madrid.
If you had more time, do a day trip to Segovia as well.

It depends on how you like to travel. It would be too busy for me, but everyone's different. My general rule for 10-day trips is 3 cities at most, but if you like to travel a bit faster, this seems like a good itinerary.

Thank you all for your the great advice and tips! Since I'm not the biggest art museum person, I think I will do the day trips to Toledo and perhaps Segovia while in Madrid. And will reconsider whether to include Cordoba or not on this trip to cut down on train time and checking in/out of hotels.

It looks fine to me
We enjoyed our 3 nights in Cordoba-liked it much more than Granada

There was a festival going on at the time-late April-the whole town was celebrating-lots if neighborhood parties with live music, food etc

Was also just before the Patios festival so we were able to tour some of the Patios before that big event

It’s a quick train to Seville so you’ll have almost 3 full non jetlagged days there

Unlike Toledo and Segovia, including Cordoba in this itinerary doesn't add any train time at all. You will be passing through Cordoba either two or three times on this trip anyway.

Should you decide to see Cordoba in transit between two of your other cities, I think you'll find there are no luggage-storage facilities in the Cordoba train station. I think there are lockers at the nearby bus station, but they could be full by the time you arrive. Therefore, it would be smart to check online for luggage-storage options in the city. There are some companies that serve as a link between businesses with extra space and travelers who want to store their bags. I believe you often need to make a reservation ahead of time.
