Is there Saturday morning Bus from Ronda to Malaga Airport?

Hi All,
We are hoping someone here can help! We feel stuck, and are having no luck online, trying to book a BUS from Ronda, Spain to the MALAGA Airport. After numerous searches online, the one website that seemed to have a route (http://www.tgcomes.es ) does not seem to be able to 'process' our online reservation, no one answers the phone when we call, and emails go un-answered. Help! Ayuda, por favor!

Our Ronda depart date is early morning Sat., March 30. We hope to be in Malaga in time to catch an 11:00am flight to Lisbon.

Is it futile to attempt to do this early, a few weeks in advance? We understand the buses from Ronda and Malaga are few and far between, and would breathe easier if we had our 2 tickets in advance. :-)

If someone has been able to do this recently... please advise.

I don't know if there is a bus directly to the airport. Our experience was that we had to take a bus to the bus station. And from the bus station a slow, local bus to the airport. In fact, when we arrived at the bus station there was a big sign in English with a red arrow pointing to the bus stop for the bus to the airport. As I remember the bus station was next to the train station and, I assume, somewhat on the edge of Malaga. So maybe you need to take a bus to Malaga and then another bus to the airport. Our experience goes back a couple of years so maybe there is a change.

If you are staying at a hotel in Ronda -- ask them. Maybe we have been lucky but have never book bus tickets in advance. Just go the station. Our hotels in the past always had good information on the bus schedules.

This company has a bus at 6:30am it takes 3 hours.

The bus company Comes list the bus leaving at 8 am arriving Malaga at 9:45 am

This is way too risky if you are trying to catch an 11am flight. I would go to Malaga the night before the flight.

I flew out of Malaga about 3 months ago stayed there one night just for that but it is interesting city
But that airport was pretty busy
There is train the Cercanias that goes to the airport.

If your reservations are all set, you could always hire a driver/car or a taxi to take you. When we were in Spain several years ago, our B&B arranged a driver to take us from Old Town Marbella to the airport in Malaga.....simple, easy, done and MUCH quicker than risking it with a bus.

We were able to reserve 2 bus tickets online with the Avanza Bus line from Ronda bus station to the Malaga bus station. What a relief to find a website that works, supplied a link to download PDF tickets, and sent us an email confirmation!! Thanks again for the reference.
Once we arrive in Malaga, we'll grab a taxi or Uber to the Malaga Airport (approx 15-17 minutes), which will save us time using a slower bus making more city stops.
