I’m heading over to Mallorca for two days. Any suggestions? I’ve not been before.
I have been watching g the PBS show The Mallorca Files, so enjoy your visit, I'm jealous! The scenery and culture imbedded into this police drama are captivating. Safe travels!
I'll be there towards the end of April and am also looking for ideas. It depends on what you like; I tends towards history /art / architecture, and it looks like Palma has a wealth of sites. https://velvetescape.com/palma-architecture/.
Have a look at this website and see what takes your fancy https://www.abc-mallorca.com/places
I've been visiting Mallorca every year for well over a decade and there's so much to see. Two days is no time so choose wisely. My choice would be to enjoy the magnificent city of Palma (my favourite Spanish city by far) for one day and then take in the mountain villages of the Serra de Tramuntana range for the second day whilst squeezing in a quick visit to the Jardines de Alfabia in Bunyola (if you're taking the highy recommended wooden train between Palma and Soller then Bunyola is one of the stops and the gardens are a short stroll from the station).
Great, thank you! I'm living in Valencia for a bit, so while this trip to Mallorca is very short, I do actually plan on going multiple times in the future.
