Ideas for 3 days South of Sevilla and not in Granada

After my 3 days in Sevilla, I'm looking to see where I can go for 3 days before going to Granada. Originally, I was going to go to Tarifa and take the ferry to Tangier, but I changed my itinerary and I will already be visiting Marrakech before Sevilla, so I have no need to go to Tangier.

I was looking to go to Algecerias to Gibraltar or Malaga. What would be a good connection to go for the next 3 days before I visit Granada after those 3 days. Preferably something I can either travel by bus or train to get too. I rather not have to rent a car to drive for just the 3 days. Looking to relax before going to Granada. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

You could base yourself in Jerez and visit Cadiz and Arcos de la Frontera.

Does Cordoba figure in your wider plans?
You could travel this route by train ...
Seville > Cordoba > Ronda > Granada

Another option ...
Seville > train to Ronda > bus to Malaga > bus to Nerja > bus to Granada

I don't know if you've booked your Alhambra tickets, but if you haven't, just a reminder that they seem to sell out much faster than in the past. In another thread someone posted that they were shut out, so if you don't have them yet, book NOW to avoid problems on your Granada dates. This way, if you have to change around your itinerary to accommodate Alhambra ticket availability, you can.

Of course, if you already have your Alhambra tickets, ignore this message, and have a great trip!

if your looking to relax try the Costa Del sol, lots of nice sandy beaches. If you have the budget try Marbella
