Hello! Can anyone recommend a good Iberico ham day tour out of Sevilla?
No idea about tours, but the Museo de Jamón de Monesterio has been recommended a number of times on the forum. The town is known for its Ibérico ham. It’s just over an hour from Sevilla.
If you weren’t averse to renting a vehicle for a day you could visit it, nearby Zafra, and maybe either
Castillo de Feria s. XV, Castle Nogales, the town Jerez de los Caballeros, or Olivenza.
No recommendation, but this may be useful -

Have a look and use your gps.
It might be better than a tour.
Put the places that appear in your gps and maybe a good amount are not far from La Giralda.
And enjoy it :)))
Thank you for all the help! I'm not sure if we'll do a tour but I especially appreciate the article with recommendations on where to eat cured meats in Sevilla!
Hello
Put 7 or 8 or 9 or 10 establishments and look at your GPS to make your routes to walk as little as possible. You will probably see that the distance between establishments in some cases is minimal.
It's fun to go out for tapas but it's even more fun to walk into an establishment and order a drink and a tapa and skip to the next establishment. The experience becomes even better. This can be done if there are not many people in the bars. Because if there are many, it will take a long time for them to attend to you. Then it's worth staying in just one. But if there is little, jump from one to another.
So that there are fewer people, it is better to go on weekdays rather than on weekends when there will be even more people.
But if I were you I would order, in addition to serrano ham, “pescaitos”. Pescaitos mean in Spanish little fish and cooked shrimp. Pescaítos are impressive, because of the raw material with which they are made, because of the special flour with which they make it, and because they take special care that the oil is very clean.
Regarding cooked prawns, there may be no other place in the world apart from Andalusia where they give such tasty cooked prawns.
Enjoy it :)
The best Iberico is produced around the Jabugo area (a very small village about an hour from Sevilla), and just like wine regions they have their own protected status and even a "ham tasting route." It could be worth having a look at the various experiences on the official DOP Jabugo website, https://dopjabugo.es/en/dop-jabugo/
