I bought tickets for the wrong day for the Sagrada Familia

Do you know if it is possible to change dates once the tickets have been purchased? Thanks.

You should contact where you purchased them either by email or phone. The sooner the better.

I bought directly through their website and contacted them immediately via email, but no response after one full day. Just a dumb mistake on my part, their calendar starts with Monday not Sunday, so I clicked the wrong day without checking. I guess I will be buying another set of tickets.

From their website:

" To change the date of a ticket, the transaction must be voided, with full reimbursement of the ticket price, and then new tickets purchased, subject to the 2016 terms and conditions."

Did you email :

Clorian handles SF tickets - they can help you.

@drillerdoc.... most of the world's calendars start on Monday, the first working day of the week :)))))

I cannot assist on this one as I have no idea about how changes are handled, sorry, but @Christi's advice is right, the company Clorian handles all online transactions for Sagrada Família so I guess it's your best bet, but not 100% sure myself either, again sorry.

I know it's not unusual for Sagrada Família to have visitors with your same request and I know they're quite accommodating in these cases so I don't think you'll have much problem getting reimbursed.

Thanks for your advice, I am just going to buy another set of tickets, and try to get reimbursed when I am there. Off to Barcelona tomorrow.

Enric, if you have any favorite tapas places that specialize in seafood, can you let me know? Thanks again.

We went to Ciudad Condal yesterday and it was fantastic, we walked up there at 8 and we were lucky enough to be seated at the bar immediately. Loved the seafood there. Thanks.

Also the Sagrada Familia was awe inspiring, when the sunlight diffuses through the stained glass you feel like you are in the presence of God. Simply beautiful.
