Please help! I am trying to find an efficient way to get to Ronda from Seville for an overnight stay then onto Granada. Do you have a suggestion?

Your best option is to travel by bus from Sevilla => Ronda.
You may check bus schedules here, by entering a date within the next 6-7 days, otherwise you will get a message saying ," Departure: No services", which basically means that you cannot purchase ticket so far in advance:

Click on 'buy on-line' at top of page, then select the following from drop-down menu:
- Origin: 'SEVILLA PRADO S.S.'
- Destination: RONDA
For your trip from Ronda => Granada, you may travel via train.

I drove a rental car. A bus would work well too, I wouldn't rent a car just to do these two legs.
