Purchase tickets for the Alcazar palace in October, any suggestions please

I think this question was on the forum a few weeks ago. Have you tried this website? http://www.alcazarsevilla.org/english-version/
The suggestion was also made that Master Card seems to work while people have been having difficulties with VISA. I'll be watching for responses since I will by buying my tickets in a couple weeks.

I'm planning to visit the Alcazar in Seville in October as well. I just purchased my tickets last week. I tried using my VISA card three times on different days and the transaction was denied. I don't have a MasterCard, so my son bought them for me on his card and it worked immediately. Good Luck!
