How to plan trip from Granada back to Madrid?

We finish up on Monday with our Appalachian Mountain Club hiking group in Granada, after starting in Seville and also visiting Grazalema ( northwest of Ronda) and Ronda. We have then until Friday night to make our way back to Madrid. We will then be in Madrid for 3 days. Any suggestions on how to plan our trip over 5 days/4nights from Granada to Madrid, places to visit, stay, eat?

I'd suggest spending 2-3 nights in Granada, then 2-3 nights in Córdoba.

Make sure you book your tickets to the Alhambra way in advance :-)
