Driving from Madrid to Granada next week. Need to pick up Granada Card for Alhambra visit the next day. How can I get to Municipal Tourist Info Office at Plaza de Carmen to pick up card? I emailed Tourism office and they simply said non-residents are not allowed to drive in the city. There must be a parking garage before restricted area off A-44 where I can park and walk or take bus to office.
Is there another Tourist Office location that is easier to get to by car to pick up Granada Card?
Will be staying outside of Grenada for the night so won't have parking permit.
Will use ring road the following day to get to Alhambra A395.
