How to get from Ronda to Granada?!

We need to get from Ronda to Granada on the 30th of September.

On the Rome2Rio.com site, we see trains that go from Ronda to Antequera, and then you transfer at Antequera to a train to Granada. But, when I go to the typical sites like Renfe and others, I cannot find this train journey to book?

Can you go from train from Ronda to Granada? And how?

If not, are there other options?

Also, what are the best site to book trains for Spain? There seem to be many and I am confused now.

Thank you!! I appreciate all specific help on this!

www.bing.com has maps with directions and transfers. 1st you take the Intercity Rail MD depart Ronda, arrive Antequera Av, the stop after Antequera Santa Ana, depart on Intercity Rail Avant to Granada. When you get to Granada you will have to know your end destination because you may have to transfer to train or bus. If you are going to the airport, it does make a connection. I would try looking up Intercity Rail MD and Intercity Rail Avant. This trip takes about 3 hrs not counting transfer times. You should also check Flix buses. You could reroute on the coast which may take longer, but trains run more often. You may find a book on this at your library.
There are a bunch of British ones. Bon Voyage!

The trains may are not scheduled yet. I can find one for the 30th of July that takes 2 hrs 40 min and costs 22.50 Euro.

Does anyone know when Renfe will schedule and sell tickets for September? It appears they run the same schedule every day. Is it safe to assume the schedule will be the same in September. We could stay an extra night in Seville (where we will be before Ronda) but I’m not sure if we need to do that or not? Thanks all!

It appears they publish the schedule and fares about 6 weeks out. You just have to keep checking back to be sure.
