I have my tickets and purchased audio guides. I downloaded the app but could not understand how to access. Any help?
I picked up a player at the museum. I had not pre-purchased the app guide with my ticket. Very helpful, friendly English speaking employees in my experience. Maybe they can help if you can't get it figured out. Is it possible that the download will work only on site?
I assume we are discussing the Barcelona Picasso Museum? Not sure if there are other Picasso museums in Spain - there are certainly Picasso Museums in other countries!
