A new hotel H10 Madison that just opened in 2018 and therefore is not in RS's current books or reviews. It is 4* so a bit pricier than the great 3*s RS recommends, but it is bright and shiny and clean. Any word or inside help could help. Customer reviews on travel booking websites are glowing and rated as an excellent value (currently).

Haven't stayed in that location but we stayed in the H10 Urquinaona in Barcelona and had a wonderful time. I would advise you to get a superior room as the standards can be very small. The front desk was very helpful and there was a wonderful amenities kit along with slippers and bathrobe. I joined their H10 club to get a better deal but I'd recommend the hotel chain-at least in Barcelona.
