Hotel shuttles to Barcelona airport El Prat for a 6am flight on 10/31

My wife and I are on a cruise in late October from Rome to Barcelona. Our flight home is 10/31 at 6am on Delta. We will be staying at a hotel at the airport and it looks like they have shuttles starting at 4:30 am. We are wondering is that is early enough. We don't really know how long it takes to get through everything. We fly Barcelona to Amsterdam and then Amsterdam direct to Portland, OR. Thanks for the help.

We are staying at Hotel Salles Ciutat del Prat near the airport the night before we leave on Oct. 7 on an 11 am flight. The hotel has a shuttle, as you mention, which starts at 4:30AM. I think it takes about 1/ hour to get to the airport. I'm assuming that, like in the US, you need to be at the airport at least 2 hours ahead of time. Check with Delta to see if getting to the airport at 5 AM would work for your flight. Otherwise I guess the hotel could arrange a taxi for you.

I would just take a taxi. You need more than 1.5 hours. The airport is a good 30-40 minute taxi ride to the city center, although admittedly there probably won't be much traffic that time of day. Note Barcelona does not have Uber.

We are staying at the Tryp Barcelona Aeropuerto which is about 1 mile from El Prat. We are looking forward to our October trip. Our cruise for next year will be the Panama Canal. We will have a much better sense of things after we finish our upcoming cruise. I am sure it will breed many more question. Thanks for your replies.
