Hotel recommendations in Malaga Spain

I am just back from Malaga, spent 2 nights at Hotel Alameda. It was well located, spotlessly clean and very quiet. It was also the only hotel of our 10 city trip where the wifi signal did not reach the room, but this was certainly not a deal breaker. I believe we paid 70E per night.

I wouldn't necessarily eat there, though, since there are so many great dining experiences in town.
