Hotel recommendations for seville and Cordoba

We will be going to Barcelona, Seville, Cordoba, and Madrid for 11 days in June. Our apartment in Barcelona is booked, now I need recommendations for hotels in Seville (2nt) and Cordoba (1nt). It will be a family of 4 with 2 teens. Looking for clean, quiet, central location and hoping to spend around $125- $150 per night.

Thanks!

We just spent several nights in the Hotel Derby in Sevilla a week ago and really enjoyed it. Good location and easy to get to by bus or taxi. We also enjoyed their nice breakfast each morning. About a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Amadeus and Hotel Fernando III in Sevilla, both in Barrio Santa Cruz, steps from the cathedral.
We chose not to eat breakfast at these hotels but there are plenty of cafes nearby

We also recommend Hotel Hesperia Córdoba, just across from the Puente Romano.
Their buffet breakfast costs extra but it's very hearty and delicious. If you join their Rewards program ( free), you'll receive a 5% discount on all your NH hotel bookings.

The hotel also has a small pool that you and your teens may enjoy!

Enjoy your trip!

Booked apartment in Seville, still need recommendation for 1 night in Cordoba. Hotel Hesperia is not available on my date.
Also, is there a certain area we should look in to stay?
Thank you!

I would not hesitate to recommend the Airbnb where we stayed in Córdoba if it's free. It had a double bed and 2 couches, so might work for one night. I can't get the link now but look for "Cozy Apartment by the Mosque. Wifi." Hosted by Rafa.

@claudecyr65 your recommendation looks great! I tried to book several times and when I put my dates in, it is a blank screen with the hotels information on it. Weird.

Strange. Have you tryed with booking.com maybe?
If you manage to book there, do not follow a gps to get there as the gps thinks you cannot drive beside the mezquita. Follow the instructions on their website. It says that you have to go thru a authorisation gate.
Impossible to be better positioned than with this hotel. it was clean, classy with indoor parking

It's too bad that Hotel Hesperia Córdoba is already booked for your dates.

There are 2 other NH Hotels in Córdoba.

We stayed at the NH Hotel Córdoba Califa for our first night in Córdoba because there was no vacancy at the Hotel Hesperia Córdoba.

The NH Collection Amistad Córdoba is more centrally located but also a bit more expensive. We saw it's exterior when walking around and it looks very nice.

Do you have RS Spain book?

Thank you for all the replies! We have booked our accommodations in Seville and Cordoba and now need recommendations for an apartment in Madrid. What is the best area of Madrid to stay in?

If you can't find an apt, here is where my family is staying in Madrid:

Some say it can be on the louder side if your room faces Arenal, but we are only there for one night so I chose to take a chance.

I found several apts on booking.com, but this one was in the location I wanted (near Plazas Sol and Mayor) since only staying the one night I figured it was easier.

You might want to pick up an RS guidebook now that you have your plans firm. RS has a lot of good nuggets in there!
