Hi does anyone have suggestions for a hotel or B&B near the Sagrada Familia Cathedral in Barcelona, have stayed before near the Ramblas , thought it would be nice to try another area.

Ibis Barcelona Centro Sagrada Familia is a block away. good price, nice staff

We stayed in a very nice aparthotel near La Sagrada Familia, down a nearby side street. W/D, balcony, full kitchen,1 or 2 BR,2Baths. It is still in the very nice Eixample neighborhood., Apartments Hispanos7Suizas .
There were only two of us and even though we didn’t use the second bedroom it was still reasonable. We had been traveling in Portugal and Spain for six weeks and this was at the end of our trip. It was wonderful for our Barcelona stay. There was Concierge in the lobby who made dining reservations for us and gave us excellent advice. I found it in Maribel’s Online Guides, the absolute best guide for Spain.
