This hotel is used by the Rick Steves tours, and I’m wondering if anyone has used their laundry service? If so, how much is it?

I used it and it was €15. That included wash, dry and fold. Everything is washed together. The front desk person is an American, by the way. She told at least one person to add more to the bag. The price is based on the bag, not on weight.
If you're going on the RS Best of Spain tour or planning to use the Amadeus (tour hotel) in Sevilla, they do the same thing in the same way, only it's €20.
Note that these prices may be for the tour people only, or they may also be for RS folks. Contact the hotels to verify the prices if you're not on the tour.
