Hotel Amadeus/Seville

I have tried to make a booking for March 11 checking out on the 16th, 2025 and the website for the hotel shows no availability in any of their rooms. I have already emailed the hotel once and no response. I am trying to email them again. Does anyone have any guesses as to why they would already be completely sold out for March 2025?

Much more likely that they haven't opened up booking this far ahead. It's common for independent hotels to do this. Try starting a dummy booking for next fall, trying various dates till you figure this out. For example, I see that they have rooms on random dates this October, about six months from now. Try November, December, etc. till you see how far ahead they'll book. Then mark your calendar to do the booking that far ahead of your desired dates, or thereabouts. This is a popular hotel but not so popular that it will book up way ahead of time.

I doubt they are sold out so early.

On second thought, you might consider calling them to confirm that they are actually sold out for your dates.

My mom and stayed at the Amadeus Hotel, years ago, and they only had vacancy for 4 out of the 5 nights we were in Sevilla. When I called to find out if they would notify me if someone were to cancel I was told that RS tours stay at their hotel and that there wouldn’t be any cancellations.
We ended up spending our 5th night at Hotel Fernando III just steps away from the Amadeus.

Happy planning!

If you want to reserve something now, Hotel Boutique Casa de Colón has availability on Booking.com for March 2025. Excellent rating of 8.6 and a nice location.

During our last stay in Sevilla in February, we stayed at Las Casas de El Arenal and were very happy with it, also. It’s just a few blocks from the cathedral on a quiet street.

I loved Hotel Fernando III. Best breakfast ever. Tammy, the Amadeus/Fernando area is great, you're going to love it. So close to Casa de Flamenco, too.

Thanks everyone! They finally responded to my email and yes, it’s too early. I will also check out the other hotel mentioned, thank you Jean and Mary.

Just my opinion, but I say be patient and book the Amadeus.

We enjoyed our stay at Amadeus when we stayed there. It was in a good location for visiting the sites in the historic center.

I just looked back at my last stay there. It was during Semana Santa, one of the 2 or 3 most desired weeks of the year in Sevilla. In 2015, I booked on August 23 (through their website) for 4 nights from March 22, 2016.

I also inquired with Hotel Maestranza at the same time, they said they had availability.

I guess I should delete some of my old emails LOL, but then again, you never know when you may want to look at them
