I know nothing about the hotel or the neighborhood. My only concerns are that it's a bit far from major sights, so you'll spend a fair amount of time on transit, and that (per Google Maps) it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro stop.

I may have a budget recommendation that's much closer to the center; my sister is staying there now, and I haven't heard her report yet. If she likes it, I'll let you know. If you don't hear from me by next week, send me a private message to remind me.
