Getting mixed messages. Is there a hop on hop off in Madrid?
I'm sure not seeing any. Any hoho companies I've been able to find are operating strictly in "panoramic mode" - meaning complete routes with no stops - or service is not available. Maybe that will change late in the year but maybe not.

This one states:
"Since January 11, 2025, due to a municipal situation affecting all tourist buses in the city, the Hop on Hop off mode of the Madrid City Tour bus is temporarily suspended. Until further notice, the service will operate in panoramic mode, meaning without stops. It will not be possible to get off the bus during the tour.
Thanks! We found out about this change. It seems the roads are too congested!??
I took a city bus down Gran Via last year in Madrid from the Bank of Spain to Plaza de Espana, and I could 100% have walked there faster. It's just not a viable way to get around.
