Any recommendations on historical tours (preferably walking tours) in Granada or Cordoba? Spanish Civil War, Inquisition, Religion...
thank you!
A quick look at tripadvisor shows many tours of Cordoba, though, it’s a compact city which you could do on your own. When we were there (20 ? years ago, there was an audio guide available for the Mezquita.
For Cordoba, contact Isabel Martinez. She led a private walking tour for our group of 10 in January and she was excellent. She will tailor your tour to whatever you want.
In Granada, we have used Margarita Ortiz de Landazuri for Alhambra tours, but I am fairly sure she will also do tours of Granada. She was excellent as well:
DebVT - Thanks for the contacts/recommendations!
Rosalyn - Yes I've seen lots on trip advisor/viator etc but most aren't specifically historical walking tours which is what I was asking about. thanks.
I've booked some affordable walking tours (with great reviews) via Airbnb website under their 'experiences' tab.
