We are almost ready to jump on that delightful 11 hour plane on our way to Spain! Yeah.
I'm finalizing my last details of our trip one of which includes hiking the Mediterranean Steps in Gibraltar.
We will have a rental car. And I have been researching options. My final questions are; the trail head is located at the southern end of Gibraltar, is there parking down there or is it better to park in Spain and hire a taxi. I am assuming we will see the caves, apes, views etc.
What would we be missing if we spent the entire day doing this hike. Or should we plan on taking the tram back down to the city ( I'm thinking it will put us far from where we parked)
Our priorities are, seeing the neanderthal caves, St Michaels Cave, spectaculars views, and of course seeing the obnoxious/entertaining apes
Thank you for any feedback
