Any suggestions for good hikes within an hour via transit from Madrid? Hikes of 5-10 km distance?

An Internet search will results in a number of suggestions. I liked a few in this TripAdvisor link, but haven’t actually walked any. How you get to any of them via public transportation might help you decide.
