Hike, bike, and riding Suggestions Near Ronda

We will be staying in Stetenil, a very small village between Olvera and Ronda from April 30th to May 3rd. So we have three full days plus a driving day from Seville to Stentinil and a driving day from Stentinil to Granada.

We want to spend one day or a couple half days hiking. We are in our early to mid fifties and moderately good hikers. 10 miles and a 700 foot gain and loss is a good morning hike for us leaving us energized rather than wiped out for the rest of the day.

I have Cicerone's Walking in Andalusia which has some walks near Grazalema.

We would like round trip hikes, if possible, with white town views. A town to town and back by a different route would be ideal. Walking through olive orchards or vineyards would be a plus. Any suggestions whether about walking Andulasia generally, particular walks, or map sources would be greatly appreciated

We are also thinking about biking or horse back riding. We are modestly good hikers but not up for prolonged uphill rides. Our horse experience is entirely western not post.

There are abundant hikes in Andalusia white hill towns. Ronda has one that I believe is a 20k loop. We only did a small portion and it does have some elevation loss/gain. Zahara has a short hike up to a medieval castle. It is very short, but the views are spectacular. Grazalema also has a hike outside of town that goes to Another town. Literature states that you can take a bus back to Grazalema, but cannot comment as we just hike out and back.
There are four hikes that require permits that you need to apply a few weeks ahead of time.
The hiking part of our vacation was relatively minor so I do not have extensive info.
