Did she book the Alhambra tickets or did you need to purchase them?
No, she has you book your own tickets for Alhambra + Nassrid Palaces + General Life and you pick the time. You meet her 30 minutes before the Alhambra booked time.
Purchase those tickets early, they do sell out.
