Help with day tours from Barcelona, Montserrat, Girona & Costa Brava or Tarragona & Sitges

We want to take 2 separate day tours from Barcelona, with one to Montserrat and would like reviews or advice on which ones were enjoyed most as there are so many to choose from.
The other a day trip to Girona and Costa Brava, or Tarragona and Sitges. Which one do you recommend, and why?
Thank you so much in advance?

In addition to Carlos's question, how many nights are you spending in Barcelona?

We want to see the coastline, as well as views from Montserrat. We will be there for 5 nights. Hotel is already booked. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks! We are traveling next week!

We used Spanish Trails for 3 day tours from Barcelona in 2017 - a private tour to Tarragona and Sitges, Priorat Wine Country, and Girona and the Costa Brava. While not inexpensive, they were all a great value for money, and I really can't pick a favorite. They also offer day trips to Montserrat.

The Roman ruins in Tarragona are not as spectacular as what you can see elsewhere, but they are much less crowded and our experience there felt more "intimate". The Cathedral built on top of a Roman temple was beautiful and surprisingly empty. Sitges wasn't very busy in October, but it is a very pretty little beach town. We arranged for a private tour because the only public tours we could find to Tarragona were the "big bus" variety and had pretty negative reviews online.

I'm not a GOT fan, but even without that tease Girona is another great choice. The Costa Brava is what I hoped the Cinque Terre would be like.

The Priorat tour was wonderful - beautiful scenery and delicious food and wine.

I don't think you can make a bad choice.
