We are heading to Spain at the end of September. We are vaxxed and boosted for Covid. Are there any requirements at this time? Do we need to bring our vaccination card? Also, are there any requirements for reentry to US?

You no longer need to test negative to return to the U.S., since that rule changed on June 12, 2022.

Thank you Priscilla for the link. Is a digital proof ok or will we need a physical card? I read the info but still not sure of the answer.

You need to bring your vaccination card. The thing with Spain is you go online, answer some questions, input information off your card, then they respond with a QR code, that code will be used at entry, your airline will also at least check if you have it (but not scan it)
