Has anyone stayed in Slowsuites apartments in Madrid or Seville?

We (couple, 59 and 72) are planning 6 night stays in Madrid and Seville in March 2023 and have come across the Slowsuites apartments. Just wondering if anyone has used this company and what your experience was like?

In Madrid we are interested in their apartments in either Malasana (close to Bilbao metro) or Chueca (Pedro Zerolo Square). Any views on these different locations?

We are interested in having small local restaurants and coffee shops and easy access to public transportation. We prefer to stay away from the main tourist areas and busy shopping districts. Our time in Madrid is for us to chill out, wander around and take it slow for a few days mid-trip.

In Seville they have apartments in Santa Catalina (near Plaza San Pedro) and Feria (near Hercules Columns). Again any comments on these locations would be welcomed.

I can't comment on Slowsuites, but I recently stayed at Apartamentos Living Sevilla Maestranza and was quite pleased.

The location was great. It was on a quiet street, but just around the corner were shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to either the Cathedral or the river. It was clean and extremely reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.
