Has anyone seen the "Red Maps"?

Has anyone seen the "Red Maps" being sold on this website?

I am interested in the ones for Barcelona and Madrid and Seville. But the maps in the RS Spain guidebook don't show the neighborhoods where my hotels are located in each of these cities, and I would like to know if the Red Maps show a broader area than the guidebook.

Woman, that sounds very "jamesbond"... I have no idea what the red maps are, but if you are ok with a grey-blueish one, here you have the map of districts for Barcelona and the map of neighbourhoods that those districts are divided in.

The Red Maps brand does not show a much wider area than Rick's or other tourist-oriented city maps, especially not in a very large scale. There are two maps of Madrid and a small one of Seville on the Red Map Madrid/Seville. The larger scale Madrid section has slightly more to the west, north, and east but less to the south than Rick's. The smaller-scale map on the same page covers north as far as Plaza de Lima and east as far as Cartagena Metro stop

You could always just print the areas you want from Google maps. Just take a screen shot and paste them into PowerPoint, then print them.

I agree with Laura's comment. I purchased both Rick Steves book on Germany and a Red Maps of Berlin. My impression was that the span of the Red Map was about the same as the combined sectionalized maps (ie map of West, Central, and East) of Berlin - ie the central, tourist area. When I arrive in Berlin in two weeks one of the first things I will do is purchase a large street map of that city to supplement the Red Maps - more street names and a larger area of coverage.

I'm sure these maps will be useful. I have planned this trip to death and at least I can play with these maps until we leave for Spain on October 11th.

Just an idea... getting a local SIM is not expensive... (under 15€ for lots of data!) and when you do, using Google Maps (or one of the local transportation apps) is far better than any map :)
