My husband and I will be arriving in Madrid April 21 and leaving April 24. My husband is a wonderful guitar player and I’m searching for something guitar related we could do during our time in Madrid. Concert, demonstration or ….
We will also see Barcelona, Seville, Granada and Cordoba if those are better places for this.
I did see the recent post about the trio in Barcelona but their performances are on dates we are not there.
Anyone have suggestions for me?

We visited Granada years ago and there was a street filled with guitar stores. That might be a good place to find performances including smaller venues and under the radar performers.

I wanted to give an update that I was able to tickets for a guitar performance in Granada. The tickets are through Tripadvisor/Viator for Pablo Giménez guitarrista under Ticket for Classical Guitar Recital. Senior tickets were $30. The performance is at a Hotel, Cta. de Gomérez, 16, Centro, 18009 Granada, Spain. Looking forward to it!
There are options for flamenco guitar....would that work?
We are hoping to do a flamenco performance in Seville. That will be great, as well as Spanish classical. Thanks!
I'm sure you already know this, but the focus of flamenco is the guitar....not so much the dancing....here is a list of some ideas for you in Madrid; you'll have to look them up and see if they might be of interest for the guitar..
