Im looking to visit Ronda from Granada on the 22nd aof October. I checked on the Renfe spanish website and it says that the morning train is unavailable. I read that train is the direct mode of transportation better than bus, any idea?

It looks like train schedules have been released for your date.
Are you planning to visit Ronda as a day trip from Granada?
If so, you may reconsider this plan. This journey will take 3 hours each way (via train), too long imo for a day trip.
