We are driving and have 5 nights to make the trip. We would like to do a 2 night and the 3 night some where. Any suggestion? How about must see things, we will be staying close to the coast.

I would recommend Valencia for one of the stops. I spent three nights there last October and thoroughly enjoyed it. I did a Walking Tour of the Old Town, visited the Cathedral and saw the Holy Grael, explored the Mercado Central, visited the Museo des Belles Artes (one of Spain's best art museums), and went out to the port area and saw the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (the City of Arts and Sciences). The aquarium is purported to be the finest in Europe and the science museum is awesome! On top of all that, Valencia is the "home" of paella, and the number of variations on this dish seem almost limitless - this alone makes the city worth a stop for at least a couple of nights ...
