We plan to be in Granada for 3 full days (4 nights). Our 3rd day would be on May Day. We've read that most businesses are closed for the holiday, would this include restaurants?

Restaurants do not ever close in Spain on a holiday... except maybe on Jan 1st and Dec 25. May 1st (Labor Day) is a busy day for bars and restaurants.
