We will be staying four nights in a cave rental in Sacramonte. We have two grade school kiddos. How realistic is it for us to walk to and from Sacromonte multiple times a day into the center of town? Google maps shows it to be about 30 minutes walk but its hard to know how real those times are. Are taxis relatively easy to find? Is the C2 bus a realistic option?

It’s a doable walk, hilly, but it could get tiresome doing it multiple times per day. Taxis are easy to find in near sights (plaza Nueva, cathedral, Mirador San Nicholas, and of course the Alhambra among others). So going back from sights is easy by taxi. Probably harder to find one in Sacramonte to go into town. But that’s downhill, conveniently!
The C2 is also good. This will be a good bet for going from Sacramonte to sights especially.
Between the 3 (walking, taxi, C2) you will be fine.
